Since 1994, Leading Edge Video has been providing independent video-rental stores with marketing and buying power. The company services more than 160 video store franchisees across Australia.

SMG developed a new website for Leading Edge Video to promote popular movie and television releases and upcoming titles. The site has a ‘Find Near Me’ feature to identify where a customer is from and show them the closest store to their location.

Each store can customise their own landing page and the content is dynamically updated from Leading Edge’s existing asset library databases, which simply means that new movie updates are automatic. The beauty of this is it involves no additional work for the people at Leading Edge—it’s a clever bit of coding that saves everyone a lot of time, meaning everyone can focus more time on the fun things in life (like watching movies).
