Prices and Delivery Charges

The Slattery Media Group accepts orders subject to the condition that you agree to pay The Slattery Media Group’s current selling price on the date of receipt of the order.

All of the prices quoted in our site are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Where savings are advertised those savings are based on newsstand prices. All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Special Offers

All special offers have an expiry date. This is the date by which the order and payment must be received in full. If you are entitled to a gift with your purchase, please allow 28 days for delivery.

Shipping

The Slattery Media Group delivers Australia wide. For standard delivery within Australia a freight and handling fee is included in the purchase price of the Publication. If delivery outside Australia is required, a separate quotation will be provided on request. All orders are shipped within 7-10 working days or as otherwise advised.

Delivery is subject to Australia Post and international postal services performance. The Slattery Media Group makes no warranties in relation to the performance of Australia Post or international postal services.

If you do not receive your order within the outlined time frame, please contact The Slattery Media Group via phone or email. Magazine subscriptions will not be considered as late until two days after the publication on sale date.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order, in part or in whole, within 24 hours of ordering by contacting us bookpurchase@slatterymedia.com.au or calling (03) 9627 2600, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (AEST). Upon notification of cancellation of an order, we will credit your account with any amounts due to you within 30 days. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to Our Returns Policy below.

Our Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are not accepted by The Slattery Media Group unless the customer has received a faulty item, an unordered item, an item damaged in transit or an item which is significantly different from that displayed on the website. We aim to provide replacement copies of undelivered or returned items when requested. However, The Slattery Media Group is only obliged to refund the cost of purchase of the item, not the costs of postage and handling. Products that are returned because they are faulty will be assessed before a remedy is actioned.

Returning goods

To return an item, please send an e-mail to bookpurchase@slatterymedia.com.au detailing the item name and order number. Please advise us at to the reason for the return of the item. If your return is accepted, please return the item with the original dispatch notice.
