An Illustrated History Of Essendon Football Club

Essendon is one of the most famous, and most successful, sporting clubs in Australia. An Illustrated History of Essendon takes you on a journey through the Bombers’ glorious history in a series of essays by the nation’s leading football writers and historians, brought to life by stunning photography. Several of these photos have only been seen by those inside the walls of Windy Hill and have never been published before. As well as reading detailed accounts about Essendon’s record 16 premierships, you’ll meet legends such as Coleman and Reynolds, driving forces like Daniher and Long, and the characters who have made the club what it is today.
