Great Recipes for the Thermomix

Welcome to Great Recipes for the Thermomix, a diverse collection of more than 100 of the best recipes from the much-loved TMix+ magazine. In these pages you will find classic dishes, reimagined and rigorously tested, which best encapsulate the TMix+ ethos of “getting the most from your Thermomix”. Great Recipes for the Thermomix offers an assortment of recipes that are familiar—tried and true and much loved—but reworked to maximise the brilliance of the Thermomix, while never discarding the importance of traditional cooking methods.

Drawn from all different cuisines, TMix+ recipes are anything but “cheffy”; rather they are dishes that will become part of the repertoire of everyday cooks. TMix+ suggests, humbly, that the best cooking comes from best ingredients, best methods, best outcomes and best fun—and, with a little perseverance and, with phenomenal zeal and determination, will reinvent home cooking, and provide users of the Thermomix with a new set of “go-to” dishes that work every time.

Thermomix users love TMix+

“I love TMix+—it is a great mix of the intelligent information and delicious recipes. “ — Justine Holmes

“I am a food magazine and cookbook addict: rarely do I find one where I want to make every recipe! I love this beautiful collection. Off to the kitchen to work through the recipes!” — Nola MacGregor

“I love TMix+ —it reminds me of Vogue Entertaining, with its great combination of recipes, ingredient discussion and restaurant/chef thoughts, but with Thermomix added! It’s sophisticated with a fantastic variety of basic and more challenging recipes.” —Rochelle Collard
